Delivery Policy
To help ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time, please review our delivery policy:
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will make every effort to contact the recipient by phone and leave a voicemail or text message.
If we are unable to reach the recipient after attempting contact, the floral arrangement will be left safely at the front door unless otherwise instructed.
Once an arrangement has been left at the delivery location, Blossom Flowers & Sweets is not responsible for weather conditions, theft, or damage that may occur after delivery.
If a second delivery attempt is requested because no one was available or the arrangement could not be accepted, a re-delivery fee will apply. The fee will be based on the delivery location and must be paid before the second delivery is scheduled.

We guarantee your satisfaction with every order; if you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement arrangement in exchange for the original arrangement or store credit of the purchase price.
